At Little Lotus Yogis LLC, we introduce the practice of yoga to children through books and games in a fun, safe, and nurturing environment. Our mission is to inspire mindfulness and joy in preschoolers, using stories, games, and laughter to guide each child’s journey toward well-being.

Nurturing Young Minds with Yoga

Our literacy based yoga programs teach social and emotional learning to encourage growth in body, mind, and heart.

Body

Yoga increases body awareness, balance, strength, and flexibility. Children gain confidence by learning how their bodies move through space in different yoga poses.

Mind

Yoga improves mindfulness, concentration, and memory. Going through different poses requires children to focus on memorization skills while staying in touch with the present moment.

Heart

Yoga helps to build self-esteem, emotional regulation, and reduce impulsivity. Breathing exercises help with stress management while gaining a peaceful state of mind. This leads to a more centered and happy child.
